Special event/wedding packages include a basic photo album for displaying proofs, and your final digital photographs are given to you on a compact disk after standard editing and enhancements.

 

Basic Ceremony/Event Coverage – with one photographer: $400.00

Includes up to three (3) hours of event/ceremony photographic coverage.    A minimum of 125 print ready files will be given to you, after standard editing and enhancements, on a compact disk. (no photo album included)

                                                              

 

Basic Package - with two photographers: $750.00                                                                                                                                          

Includes up to  five (5) hours of photographic coverage. You will receive 150 (4X6) proofs and also a minimum of 175 edited photos will be delivered to you on a compact disk. Two  8X10 Photos and all proofs are included in the package price. The photos will be displayed in a photo album.

 

 

 Standard All Day Package - with two photographers:  $1,200.00

You will receive a one-hour pre-event/engagement photo session. In addition you will have                             photographic coverage for the entire day. (up to 10 hours) You will receive one set of 175 numbered(4X6) proofs and a CD of no less than 200 edited pictures. The 150 proofs, two (8X10) enlargement of your choice, are included in the package price. Also one “Coffee Table” photo album is included with this package.

 

 

Deluxe Package – with  two photographers:  $1,800.00                                                                                                                               

Everything included in the “Standard Package” along with the following extras: Two photo sessions will be taken prior to or after the same day wedding or primary event. The maximum for each session will be two hours each.. Two  “Coffee Table” photo albums are also included with this package. One 20X30 Oil on canvas  photo (no frame is given).

 

 

 

 

 

       Your pictures can be edited for dramatic effects i.e., sepia tone, watercolor effects, black & white, poster effects. Color correction and retouching of your portraits can also be accomplished. Estimates for special enhancements or effects given upon requested.

 

       We also have special low package rates  photographs  which may be taken off site or in a studio setting. Additionally we do specialty photography i.e., pets, sports, live concert coverage, posed photos, slide presentations etc.

 

       SHI will charge by the hour for any customer not wanting or needing a package program.  Rates vary according to the location, driving distance and other circumstances.  Please contact SHI for a written estimate or verbal clarification.

 

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to schedule a particular date. One half (50%) of the total estimated amount is due within 30-days of the deposit.   An estimate and agreement will be mutually signed  when the “Half/50%” payment is made. Full payment is due upon the satisfactory delivery of the final finished photographs and accessories. Pictures will not be delivered without payment  in full. Customers should expect to receive the finished proofs within 45-90 days.

 

Additionally Ohio sales tax of 6.75% will be charged on all events photographed. Lastly most SHI customers will be asked to sign an optional  release allowing for the use of pictures/images to “Possibly” be used for publication in printed or electronic media. In return SHI will also sign a copyright release allowing the customer to legally reproduce the same pictures.
